MAA Prague launches KICKFIT!
Martial Arts Academy Prague is introducing KickFit!
KickFit is a fitness program designed for our Adult students. It combines kickboxing technique, strength training, and high-intensity cardio intervals.
Each 40-minute KickFit class is broken down into segments. During each segment, we focus on our upper body, lower body, and core strength, followed by 1-3 minutes of intense cardio segments.
KickFit is appropriate for all fitness levels. Students move at the intensity level appropriate to them and as fitness levels increase, the intensity of exercise can increase as well.
KickFit is the perfect program to start even now over our online training program on Zoom. There's no special equipment required and all movements can be scaled to the space you have available to train. As pandemic restrictions ease, KickFit will also be offered as an in-person class.

The Academy is offering two FREE trial classes to kick-off this new program:
- Wednesday, Nov 4th [12:00-12:40]
- Saturday, Nov 7th [10:20-11:00]
Both trial classes will run online [on Zoom].
